Airport/ferry transfer is included and worked very well. Everything is very clean and well kept, including the pool area. Staff extremely friendly and helpful (in all areas of the hotel).

The room had amazing sea views overlooking the windmills. The balcony is the perfect spot for sunsets. The room decor was nice, and there is Netflix and a safe deposit box. The hotel is walkable to Mykonos town and restaurants, supermarket, ATMs are all within easy reach. Breakfast spread was great. The food tasted great, and the staff were friendly.

I was a little sceptical about visiting Mykonos and expected the properties to be not so children friendly. Just 500 metres from Mykonos centre, the 4-star Hermes Hotel features a swimming pool and free WiFi. The elegant rooms have a furnished balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or the hotel gardens. What didn't I like?! This is my favourite hotel in Mykonos and my 5th stay at this hotel which says something. The staff are amazing, the hotel is beautiful, I can't fault anything. Modern and nicely decorated, the buffet breakfast has something for everyone and includes a la carte option also at no extra cost. I am always well fed until dinner time! Rooms are spacious with Nespresso machine and mini bar - I highly suggest a sea view room as the hotel is at the top of the hill and has amazing subset views every night. The hotel also has a great pool/sunbed area which not every hotel in the town has. It is a 10-15 uphill walk from the town which some people might struggle with but they offer a free shuttle transfer. This time we also got upgraded to a beautiful junior suite for 2 nights at the end of our trip which was amazing and the highlight of our vacation! Thank you Hermes can't wait to come back again :)

Everything!!! Steps to a beautiful beach, the view was amazing, easy to get to… the entire resort was stunning and perfect! The staff were so hospitable and kind and went out of their way to make everything special and easy. I had gotten sick from another venue and they took the best care of me. This is one the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s flawless!

What a delightful place to stay! it is literally 60 seconds away from the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen, with clear waters and no waves. It is owned and operated by a family who built it in the 1930s (now being run by the 3rd generation 2-brothers-and-1-sister team. The wonderful outdoor on-premise restaurant was delicious, and of course the room itself was comfortable and very clean (water pressure in the shower was powerful!). Plus it is 400 meters away from Scorpios club!

Beautiful hotel with a great view. The hotel is near to the port, and the hotel manager kindly collected us and dropped us off even though it was very near! Breakfast was nice and the hotel staff were very helpful.

Staff was absolutly amazing, best location on Mykonos. Very good meal, great breakfast with fresh juice and great coffee. Very nice beach, water was totaly clean but very cold.

The apartment is of the highest level, cleanliness is at the highest level, comfortable rooms with a complete set. The staff is the most lovely, very attentive. I am very satisfied that I got here.

we got upgraded to the most luxurious room type on the arrival day. then everything was just magical- 2 jacuzzi bathtub (indoor/outdoor), large living area, great benches to enjoy sunset. the staff is helpful and warm, breakfast was also very nice
